Large Pellet Duo boilers extend the same automatic, multi-fuel hydronic platform into commercial, industrial, and district-scale heating. They are rated at 92% efficiency and certified to EN 303-5:2012.

Pellet Duo 150 covers up to 15,000 ft², Pellet Duo 300 up to 30,000 ft², Pellet Duo 500 up to 55,000 ft², and Pellet Duo 1000 up to 110,000 ft². These ranges are approximate; final selection requires a building heat-loss calculation and MBTEK sizing review.

They are intended for large commercial buildings, industrial facilities, farms, campuses, and district-scale hydronic systems whose heating loads exceed the regular Pellet Duo range.

The automatic hopper can use pellets, grains, corn, or biomass. Pellet Duo 150 also has a manual firebox for cut logs; the 300, 500, and 1000 models are automatic-hopper-only and do not have a manual firebox.

Published guidance is 4–10 days of autonomy, up to two weeks depending on usage. Actual refill frequency varies with model, fuel, building load, weather, and operating schedule.

Routine work includes ash removal, hopper and auger inspection, heat-exchanger and flue cleaning, combustion checks, and controller and safety-device inspection according to the manuals and service schedule.
