Bought a apollo erv from them. Great solution to keep down co2 levels in a room without letting in all the pollen and humidity. Easy installation that can be done by any confident homeowner. Ended up buying another one after seeing how effective it was.

First and foremost I want to thank the entire MBTEK Team for really helping us out when we really needed it. My father in law owns the UNI 15 and recommended us to get the UNI 40 since our house is pretty big. To make a long story short our 15 year old Polar furnance failed 2 years ago, leaving us to just rely on woodstove for heat. Last year we purchased a temporary boiler for $300 an old HS Tarm to get us through the winter or so we thought. Well it was worse than having no boiler at all and we no life outside of making sure we got through the winter. MBTEK made sure that we got into a new boiler for the right price. I couldn’t be any more happier with our boiler. We got if in Feb 2026 and just installed and fired it up today 5/20/26. This boiler is a blessing in disguise for us, the reason why it took me so long to write a review was because we had to take out some old plumbing in our garage that was not set up properly, and install everything new just so the new boiler would run at peak efficiency. I want to give a big shout out to Giovanny in sales and Yen in Client Care. These individuals provided me with amazing customer service, very knowledgeable and supportive. I couldn’t be happier to recommend MBTEK, what an amazing product. We are so over the moon happy with our boiler. The boiler seems to run perfectly as well. If it wasn’t for MBTEK and their high quality products we would’ve been forced to move, that is how dire our situation became. 5 stars all around! Very grateful to everyone at MBTeK and for the lovely boiler.

Finding a reliable smart thermostat for a fan coil system was much harder than I expected until I came across MBTEK. Their website had detailed product information, and when I contacted support they responded quickly with clear wiring instructions. The thermostat has been working flawlessly for several months now and has helped reduce energy waste in our condo when we’re away.

I recently upgraded the thermostats in our office building using MBTEK products and the experience was excellent from start to finish. Their support team answered all my questions about compatibility with our older HVAC setup and helped me choose the right model. Installation went smoothly and the remote access features have made temperature control so much easier. Very impressed with both the product quality and customer service.

The team was awesome though, they walked me through the specs so I could get it set up right. It’s been running like a champ since we got it in. Since this is for a short term rental, being able to keep those heating costs low is huge for me. I picked up the Apollo 42k btu air-to-water system for my rental house recently. Finding a good EVI inverter unit is actually pretty tough and most of the hvac contractors I talked to didn't even know what an air to water setup was lol.

i can finally check the temp and change things from my phone while im away which is a life saver for my power bill. the touch screen looks way better in person and its really responsive. def worth the price if you have one of these weird hvac systems that normal thermostats wont work with. highly recomend apollo.

finally found a wifi thermostat that actually works with my 4-pipe fan coil unit in the condo. i searched everywhere for this and most the standard smart ones dont support the 3 speed fan settings or the valve control. i was a bit worried about the wiring at first but there tech support guys sent me a diagram that made it pretty easy to install myself.

I installed the air-water mono block heat pump for our off-grid home radiant floor and it works great.

I highly recommend MBTEK. I needed an actuator in a pinch and they were able to get one out to me quickly, which really helped.

What impressed me most wasn’t just the product (which has been very reliable), but the support after the sale. A couple of times I needed help or a service part, they responded quickly, expedited what I needed, and took the time to walk me through a few things I could improve on my system.

I’m definitely not an HVAC guy, more of a novice, but they were patient and very helpful. Honestly, you wouldn’t know it by how well the system ended up going in. Great company to work with and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

I used MBTEK in-line voltage (120 V) thermostat for my fan coil HVAC unit. Not many ready smart thermostat are present in the market for in-line voltage. So, even the professionals are not familiar. When I reached MBTEK, they were fantastic with providing the wiring details for my unit. I was able to replace the thermostat myself & worked as a charm. This was very important for my short-term unit that I can adjust the temp setting remotely to save energy cost during vacant period. I highly recommend this smart HVAC & for their excelling customer support.

MBTEK's engineering assistance was spot on in helping me to purchase and install an Apollo Energy Recovery Ventilator (ERV). I've been using it for more than 6 months now and it's perfect. For those who don't know, an ERV ends the eternal dispute between those who think the air is stuffy and those who don't want to let the heat or cool air out of an open window. The ERV gives you both and more! Talk to MBTEK about getting one.
