Fan Coil Unit — Concealed

Need help choosing?
The APOLLO Vertical Concealed Fan Coil Unit delivers powerful hydronic heating and cooling while keeping the mechanical equipment out of sight. Installed vertically inside a wall cavity, utility enclosure, or purpose-built cabinet, it provides conditioned air through discreet supply and return grilles—preserving valuable floor and wall space while maintaining a clean interior design.
Connected to an air-to-water heat pump, geothermal system, boiler, or chiller, the unit circulates room air across a hydronic coil supplied with hot or chilled water. The result is responsive, zone-level comfort without refrigerant lines running throughout the building.
Choose a 2-pipe configuration for a straightforward system that switches between heating and cooling seasonally, or select a 4-pipe configuration with separate hot- and chilled-water circuits. A 4-pipe system allows different zones to heat or cool independently, making it particularly well suited to hotels, multifamily buildings, offices, and mixed-use properties.
The vertical cabinet fits into locations where a visible wall-mounted or floor fan coil would interrupt the finished space. Short supply and return ducts can be used to position the grilles where they best suit the room layout, while the concealed unit remains accessible for service and maintenance.
The APOLLO Vertical Concealed FCU is available in three sizes to accommodate different airflow and zone requirements. Multiple units can be connected to a shared hydronic loop, allowing each room or area to be controlled independently while operating from one central heating and cooling source.
For accurate selection, the fan coil should be sized according to the room’s calculated heating and cooling load, available water temperature, required airflow, and system configuration.
