Estimated coverage guidance is 450–675 ft² for 1.5 Ton and 900–1,350 ft² for 3 Ton. Actual sizing depends on insulation, layout, climate, water temperature, and heat loss.

The 1.5 Ton model delivers 9,000 BTU cooling and 13,500 BTU heating at 300 CFM. The 3 Ton model delivers 18,000 BTU cooling and 27,000 BTU heating at 600 CFM. Actual output depends on entering water temperature and fan speed.

Yes. It includes floor support legs and can also mount to a wall using a separate support. Anchors, bolts, and nuts are not included.

Yes. It connects to hot or chilled water from an air-to-water heat pump, boiler, or chiller through ½ in NPT fittings. Multiple units can share a common manifold or zone controller.

Remote control and thermostat are not included. Use a compatible 24VAC or 0–10VDC FCU thermostat. Each floor fan coil needs its own dedicated thermostat; multiple units cannot share one.

The 1.5 Ton model operates at 30–45 dB and the 3 Ton model at 35–50 dB, depending on fan speed.

Selectable 2-pipe and 4-pipe variants are available. Two-pipe systems share one hot-or-chilled loop; four-pipe systems use separate hot and chilled circuits.

The unit uses ½ in NPT supply and return connections and is rated to 200 PSI. For cooling, insulate water inlet, outlet, and condensate piping to prevent surface condensation.

Its upright cabinet sits low along a wall or floor line, making it useful under windows. Wall FCUs mount higher and are usually fastest to retrofit; ceiling cassettes mount flush and distribute air in multiple directions.

Each unit includes a washable filter and built-in condensate drain system. A compatible thermostat, supply and return piping, shut-off valves, and cooling-pipe insulation are separate.
