WARRANTY POLICY
ALL UNITS SOLD BY MBTEK STORE ARE SUBJECT TO THE FOLLOWING WARRANTY TERMS AND CONDITIONS
WARRANTY COVERAGE:
- Defects in materials used to manufacture your product.
- Defects in workmanship under normal use.
- Faulty components under normal use.
In case of issues regarding warranty, the client is to submit video evidence for review to email address support@mbtek.com. All claims are subject to be reviewed and issued a response by Mbtek Tech Support Department within (10) working days of original filing.

The company will provide any broken parts of a product using new or replacement parts.

If parts can not be replaced the product will be exchanged with a new product.

Depending on the type of repair needed the product could be fully or partially refunded.
STANDARD WARRANTY PERIOD starts from delivery confirmation date and covers:

DISCLAIMER: Solid Fuel Boiler should be installed with a Boiler Station/Boiler Protection Valve. Non-compliance will void Warranty on Welds.

DISCLAIMER: Ensure a minimum of 45% and maximum of 55% Propylene Glycol. Non-compliance will void Warranty on Heat Pumps.

WARRANTY EXTENSION can be purchased additionally during the order for most of the products.
Contact a sales agent for more information on extending the warranty periods of your unit.
BUYER’S OBLIGATIONS
If a product is defective the customer is entitled to have it repaired or replaced.
- The customer needs to have followed all the troubleshooting steps as indicated by MBtek Tech Support guidelines.
- If the problem continues, the customer needs to provide substantial proof video that the product defect is related to manufacturing or parts defect.
- If the customer fails to provide proof, an administrative fee of 10% of the total repair services is to be charged to the customer hired on customer’s behalf for diagnosis, to be refunded if the issue is covered by warranty policy.
- If a repair service is hired and it is found that the issue is unrelated to the unit for defects of manufacturing or parts, the total amount of the service will not be covered by warranty and will be billed to the customer.
TERMS NOT COVERED BY THE WARRANTY:

Damage of a product resulting from negligence.

Damage of a product resulting from unauthorized modification of the product.

Damage of a product resulting from poor or incorrect installation.
- Damage caused by natural disasters or “force majeure” events.

Theft or loss of the product.
