Mbtek does not complete the installation. Any professional technician will be able to install your purchase. If you require assistance finding one, we are here to help.

We offer a 30-day return policy. If your thermostat arrives broken, we will replace it at no cost to you.

When will I receive my unit?

As soon as the unit is in stock, we will book the shipment following business day. The availability (or ETA) of a specific unit is mentioned on the top of each product page. Depending on your location, delivery can take anywhere from 3 to 12 days

Do I have to pay customs fees if my unit is coming from another country?

No. We take responsibility for these charges.

bought this thermostat because it was one of the only ones that go above 100 and have scheduling and wifi remote access. which is amazing because there isnt another product which has these features and can be used for a mikvah temp controller. THE ONLY PROBLEM IS THAT THE APP DOESNT ALLOW YOU TO RAISE THE TEMP ABOVE 98F. C'MON GUYS WHERE ARE THE BRAINS YOU ADVERTIAE THIS AS A AQUASTAT WITH WIFI, SERIOUSLY!!!!!!!

Needs better installation instructions for DYI guys.

Your mulit purpose Aquastat has lots of features that make complicated for a simple pool installation. I understand the economics that you want to build in flexibility into one unit. Why not make a few schematics that allow people to pick what they want. If you want to call me I will explain my thoughts. In the long run fa little more work on the front end will save a lot of your service techs time..
