APOLLO Series - Buffer Tank

The APOLLO BF series tanks are an essential component for properly operating the hydronic heat pump system. When very low or no-load conditions occur, the buffer provides time for the heat pump to react and shut down correctly without spiking temperature. In winter, it also helps defrost the cycle.

The insulation prevents condensation and heat loss. These tanks are designed with everlasting corrosion resistance and come equipped with a sensor well.

Works fine

I installed it a few days ago and I can already feel the difference in the performance of my heating system. The buffer tank helps to improve the efficiency of my heat pump system, and it ensures that my home is heated evenly. It's definitely a must-have for anyone with a hydronic heating system.

Great addition for my heat pump system

The buffer tank has been a great addition to my hydronic heat pump system. It helps to reduce the frequency of the heat pump cycling on and off, which in turn helps to improve the overall efficiency of the system.

Buffer Tank

My plumber has looked over the tank and is very impressed with the construction. He will install it as soon as the new thermostat I have ordered arrives. Looking forward to see how the addition of it will lengthen the cycling of the boiler.
